Ingredients

  • 2 g / 1/3 tsp fine salt
  • 10 mL / 2 tsp rice vinegar
  • 5–10 mL / 1–2 tsp gochugaru
  • 5 mL / 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 5 mL / 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 3 g / 1 tsp sesame seeds

Method

  1. Slice cucumber and toss with salt.
  2. Stand 8 minutes, then drain without aggressively squeezing.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients.
  4. Toss and serve promptly.
